ElevateX Apps ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") operates the ZORVI mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise handle your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide Directly

• Account Information: Name, email address, password, and phone number (optional)
• Family Information: Family members' names, roles, and relationships
• Content: Tasks you create, calendar events, notes, and reward information
• Profile Pictures: Optional avatars or profile images you upload

B. Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: Device type, OS version, app version, unique device identifier
• Usage Data: Features accessed, actions taken, timestamps, session duration
• Crash Reports: Error logs and app performance metrics (for debugging only)
• Location: We do NOT collect your location data

C. Information from Third Parties

We may receive information from third-party services (e.g., Google Sign-In) only with your explicit consent. We do not request or store payment information directly—all payments are processed by Google Play Store.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App
• Create and manage your account
• Enable real-time synchronization across family members' devices
• Send push notifications (only with your consent)
• Respond to your support requests and inquiries
• Debug technical issues and improve performance
• Comply with legal obligations
• Protect against fraud, security threats, and misuse

We do NOT:

• Sell or share your personal data with third parties
• Use your data for marketing or advertising
• Combine your data with data from other users
• Share your data with external companies unless required by law

3. How We Store Your Information

Data Storage

All your data is stored securely in Google Firebase (encrypted at rest and in transit):

• Firebase Authentication: Securely manages login credentials
• Firestore Database: Stores all family and task data with encryption
• Firebase Cloud Storage: Stores uploaded images (if applicable)

Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting elevatexapps@gmail.com.

4. Sharing Your Information

Your information is shared within your family as follows:

• Family Members: Each member can see tasks, calendar events, and points assigned to them
• Admins: Family administrators can view all family member data and manage permissions

Third-Party Sharing:

We do NOT share your personal information with third parties except:

• Google (Firebase services provider) - for data storage and authentication
• Legal authorities - if required by law or legal process
• With your explicit consent - for features you choose to enable

5. Data Security

We implement multiple layers of security to protect your data:

• Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL protocols)
• Encryption at rest (Firebase default encryption)
• Secure authentication (passwords hashed with industry-standard algorithms)
• Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
• Firestore security rules to prevent unauthorized access

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

A. Access & Portability

You have the right to request a copy of your personal data. Contact us and we'll provide your data in a portable format within 30 days.

B. Correction

You can update your personal information directly in the App's Settings. For other data, contact us for assistance.

C. Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. This is permanent and cannot be undone.

D. Opt-Out of Communications

You can disable push notifications and marketing emails in your Settings.

E. GDPR Rights (EU Users)

If you're in the EU, you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Children's Privacy

ZORVI is designed for families. Parents are responsible for their children's accounts. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the data immediately.

8. Third-Party Links

The App may contain links to external websites or services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party services, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies before sharing personal information.

9. Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
